Things You realize when You Get Older


As i  am getting aged the things I started to realize and some are still need to realize :):
  • You understand that the older you're, the a lot of you've got to learn
  • Nothing new surprises you.
  • You only retain 1–2% of something teach you in class or in books.
  • Experiences are very valuable 
  • Three skills to money: creating it, Keeping it, Growing it. they're completely different skills.
  • Sleeping eight hours each day is absolutely necessaryinspite of the scientific reason.
  • Eat smaller mealseach year you ageminimize portion size.
  • Become less sensitive about "What People say or Think"
  • Anger isn't a true feelingit's concern clothed. work out on what you're terrified of before you get angry.
  • The atoms of our lives are stories.
  • Reinvent yourself every 5 years.
  • There’s no such factor as inspiration. You can’t carry a large weight by inspiration alone.
  • Be creative or productive everyday.
  • Gratitude and complaining/blaming can’t exist within the same brain at same time.
  •  Avoid processed sugars. Eat less.
  • When you read, you'll absorb the complete lifetime of another person during a few days (should Read a lot)
  • Happiness = Reality / Expectations
  • The 5/25 rule. List the twenty five things you need to try and do in life. separate the five most significant from the remaining twenty. The remaining twenty are only distrations, never look back to them.
  • Napping is fun.
  • The only mathematics you needis: add/divide/multiply in your head. And basic Probability and statistics and percentages.
Things You realize when You Get Older

  • Watch plenty of comedy. try and watch comedy a day. Laughter cures diseases.
  • If someone’s feet is angled away from you while they talking to you then they don’t want to talk to you.
  • If you're ok at one thing and ok at another thing then you'll be the most effective in the world at the intersection.
  • Insecurity is nice. Confidence is creative activity.
  • . You can’t be good if you don’t do plenty of stupid things.
  • NYC had an enormous environmental issue during 1890s. It was attending to be buried by manure. No technology that existed could solve issue. after 20yrs cars solve the issue. Don’t try  to solve all issues and problems today.
  • Quantity is more essential aspect than quality. 
  • The fewer things you own, the less things own you.
  • More good you do, more you will get hate. (not vice versa).
  • If you meet someone who you know hates you, shake their hand, smile, and pretend you don’t remember their name.
Things You realize when You Get Older

  • Opiniontainment.
  • Physics and most of biology are simply opinions which will modify after few years.
  • To make somebody happy: tell them they will have what they need, tell them it’s not their fault they don’t have it, blame somebody else, then you'll persuade them of what you would like (e.g. see “Trump”)
  • If somebody can’t answer a question they're lying.
  • If you meet someone who you know hates you, shake their hand, smile, and pretend you don’t remember their name.
  • Oh, I don't need this so I won't buy it!
  • Listen more, speak less and let other people shine.
  • Love yourself more. Don't hurt yourself for someone else.
  •  The world moves. It can long happen without you.
  •  Focus on what you love and everything else will come along.
  • Stop to find any excuses and deal with the fact.
  • Set an appointment with a doctor for an annual general physical exam.
  •  Gossiping is boring, useless and bad taste.
