Best Ways To Keep Looking Good In Every Phase of Age
Whether you are in your booming period or going in your mid-age era, we are all want to stay good-looking in every phase of our age. I am moving towards my mid thirty’s so I just work out on the things I need to take care of to keep myself presentable and good-looking even in my middle age. So I have listed down some of the points which I have found out in browsing about this thought and which I think would be helpful to keep ourselves stay good-looking .
1. Take care of Your Smile:
Take good care of your teeth and your smile. Keep
them white and healthy. Brush your teeth 2 times a day.
3. Maintain a low body weight.
Eat to live, don’t live to eat. Fluctuations in
your weight will wreak havoc on your face and body. I love berries, hard boiled
eggs, vege greens and salmon.
4. Keep balanced diet:
Depend more on plant based foods within a balanced
diet that covers all your nutritional needs. The more you eat of them the
better. Even if you are not a vegan or a vegetarian always try to eat more
fruits, vegetables, and nuts than meat. They are the best thing you can eat.
They are filled with anti oxidants, which are the best way to fight free
radicals within our cells that contribute greatly to aging and damage of the
cells. It is recommended to have 5 or more handful portions of them daily.
1. Avoid high glycemic index foods in your meals.
High-carb foods trigger secretion of high levels of insulin into the
bloodstream. High insulin levels had been linked to acne, balding, and obesity.
2. Avoid sweets and sugar indulgence as much as you
can.It is claimed to attach to proteins in the bloodstream and create harmful
molecules that damage collagen and elastin in the skin which results in
wrinkles and sagging.
3. Eat clean. No fast-foods. Try to cook as many meals
as you can so you aren’t tempted to buy some crap and eat it.
4. Reduce your sugar consumption. Sugar is making
you old early. The less you eat, the better you feel!
5. Avoid weight gain.
Not only does excess weight make us look older
than our real age in appearance, it does actually age us more quickly on a
cellular level.
6. Exercise regularly.
It is well known by now that exercise can slow
aging.
1. Practice a sport. Which one? Choose the
one you prefer. Can be weightlifting, swimming, biking… whatever. Just make
sure to exercise on a regular basis!
2. Resistance exercises like body pumping, and weight
lifting have been shown to be the best to do the trick.
7. Don’t compromise your sleep needs.
You
don’t want to have eye bags and dark circles under your eyes due to the lack of
sleep. Your body knows better what your sleep needs are. For instance I need 8
to 9 hours of sleep each night. I have been called lazy, a grumpy morning
person, and many things, but I didn’t care, all I cared about was getting
enough sleep every night.
8. Vitamin D is important.
90%
of UAE population are vitamin D deficient according to research. I was one of
them, and I didn’t know for a long time. The numbers are not better in other
parts of the world. Why? Because it is rarely screened in the first place to be
treated.
9. Face and Skin must be take care.
1. Take care of your skin with the right products and
treatments.
2. Do your research to find about the best products to
use for maintaining and keeping the hydration and vitality of your skin.
3. Train yourself to keep your facial muscles relaxed.
It will make you look more rested and youthful over time.
4. Face yoga is something I recently learned about.
10. Take good care of your hygiene.
Keep good hygiene of your teeth, do regular
thorough cleaning sessions at your dentist. Also keep your skin clean, don’t
leave makeup on for long periods of time, that will lead to harmful effects.
11. Walk 10,000 steps a day.
Everyday. If you need to go out for 30
minutes just to walk and cross the goal… do it. You’ll feel regenerated!
12. Reduce your daily stress.
It means a lot to your look!
13. Goes without saying: Don’t smoke
14. Don’t drink more than 3–4 coffees a day.
Too much coffee will destroy your look
15. Wake up by doing 10–50 squats depending on your physical level.
Doing squats will ensure your
engine starts working properly.
16. Have a positive mindset
sound stupid? It helps you smile a lot
more… and you get really good-looking by smiling a lot!
17. Have something to keep you busy.
I’m not talking smartphone/netflix or games. A
project you’d like to achieve. This helps you stay positive.
18. Drink your water.
Aim to drink a gallon per day - especially if you are doing your daily physical
activity . Drink lots of water, swim if possible and keep your entire body hydrated and moisturized every day.
