In my previous blog post,16 ways to be a happier and built positive energy in your life, I wrote about the ways to build a healthier lifestyle by creating your life in positive ways and by keeping oneself happy, rather than always depending on others to prop us up. 

So, in today's blog post, I thought I would share a fun list of things that I love doing on my alone time! As the time goes, I have slowly become so much more comfortable in spending time alone, that may be because I have always made sure that I am putting my energy into doing things that I love.  

One of the things I use to plan out my time alone which goes so perfectly with this list is the Start a blog. a bit of your life outside your homes like your traveling experiences and favorite quotes etc. or inside of homes like your creative food recipe ideas or gardening ideas etc. It's all up to your interests and hobbies and a way you can put them in your own unique words. 
  
Here I am listing some of my activities I enjoy doing in my lone time, always remember Whatever you end up doing on your own, listen to your inner voice that if you enjoy and comfortable with doing something that brightens up your day.

  1. 1. Gardening. Mow your garden or Start your own vegetable patch in your garden. 
  1. 2. New recipes. Try some new biryani recipes or invent some new flavor new in BBQ chicken Spend a day at a museum or art gallery or bake something that you have never made before. 
  1. 3. Start a Blog. You don’t have to blog as a business; you can blog for personal reasons as It is an excellent way to organize what you’re thinking about, and you can learn about a certain specific topic. 
  1.  4. Prayers. what is a much better way than to spent time in remembering your creator and praise him. It gives you inner peace and make you feel calmer and healed. 
  1. 5. Read books. Read your favorite chapters from the books you love. 
  1. 6. Shop for home. Go to some local farmer's market and stock up on fresh, seasonal, organic produce for a healthy meal.  
  1. 7. DIY Snacks. experiment with some of your food cravings by making some salad, popcorn etc. Make a salad bowl topped with fruit, yogurt, super foods and granola. and add your own toppings in them. 
  1. 8. Outing. Go out for a long Sunday brunch.  
  1. 9. NETFLIX. One of my favorite home alone time is to watch movies or documentaries on Netflix. 
  1. 10. Ride. Take your bike or car for a leisurely ride and go to your favorite place or cafe or shopping mall (for me type ladies;)). 
  1. 11. Wardrobe. Do some creativity with your unused or old clothes and make them wearable in a different style. Rearrange your wardrobe and discover old clothes again. 
  1. 12. Home maintenance. Clean. maintain and organize things around your home. Give a new look to decorate an old-fashioned room or fix the door knobs, or vacuum the carpet. 
  1. 13. Your workspace. Create a comfortable space in your home for your hobbies or projects to work on. 
  1. 14. Charity. Take all your old clothes, books and furniture and donate these things to charity.  
  1. 15. Read, write or draw. Give wings to your imagination and creativity by writing the story coming in your mind or give some colors to your imagination. 
  1. 16. Go somewhere in the city that you have never been to before.  
  1. 17. Create a Pinterest board to help visualize and bring your next adventure to life. Here is mine! 
  1. 18. Take a relaxing bath - try adding some essential oils and herbs like sage, chamomile or peppermint! 
  1. 19. Do a face mask. Make one from the ingredients in your kitchen! Combine 1 tablespoon of honey, a banana and a few drops of lemon, mix it up and apply to your face. 
  1. 20. Do a juice cleanse for the day. 
  1. 21. Beauty Sleep. A power nap or sleep is one of the best medicine for your health  
  1. 22. Self-care. Spare some time to pamper yourself, give yourself a manicure - try a different hairstyle, practice makeup for different occasions or just simply go to the salon and give yourself a nice a manicure and pedicure or a calming massage. 
  1. 23. Wake up early to see the sunrise. 
  1. 24. Fresh air. Go for a walk or jog and inhale some fresh air to refresh yourself at the start of the day 
  1. 25. Enroll in Online Courses.  Sign up for online courses on any topic you have the interest to learn more about.
